VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

VERY BAD SERVICE I booked two nights on 3rd and 4th of August 2023 through GOIBIBO in this Columbus Hotel. It is not a hotel but a premium lodge. My room was in the fifth floor, but the lift goes up to 4th floor only. No water bottles in the room. I had to buy water. No proper lighting in the bathroom. No restaurant in the Hotel, you have to come out and go to another nearby building to have it. I paid Rs 11,000/- for two nights. Then I called GOIBIBO and made a complaint. I said i will stay one night and wants to move out to another hotel. They refused to refund any amount. I stayed there only one night and checkout on 4th morning. Go IBIBIO has now offered an amount of Rs. 2663/- which they will be adjusting to my next booking with GOIBIBO within 90 days. I don't blame Hotel Columbus, but Goibibo for not checking the property and amenities before offering the same to the guests.

It's is good hotel for an overnight hault near the domestic Airport. clean bedsheets large 32 inch led TV with all major TV channels available. 24 hours hot and cold water available. sowerhead available . we will surely visit again. thanks .

I check in in this hotel and the rooms and filthy and dirty. The linen looked used and even the bathroom was dirty. The staff is very rude and specially the manager who thinks he is the king of hotel. Will never stay in this hotel in future and would not recommend to any one in future. Worst stay .....

Thank You so much for making this easy and simple for me during my stay earlier this week. I was in room 504. Few checks from my side to the management - 1. Check the signal of wi-fi as my room was not getting continuous connectivity. 2. Room must have a wall clock 3. At the time of check-in please make sure that guest is given the time of breakfast and wi-fi login details. 4. Please give at least 1 bottle of water every day as complimentary (in room). Overall the Rooms are comfortable. Food (ordered via room service) quality is good. Location of the Hotel Property is good to (near to airport). Staff is very polite and courteousness. Rooms/Bed/Toilets/overall facility is clean. Thank You so much!!

If you are looking for per hour room then this is the place. It's full of local goons and filthy people. The receptionist is rude and he feels that he owns the hotel. Enter at your own risk! No respect for females.
